A dynamic role where you hold the cards in a customer centric team
Reporting to the Loyalty Operations Director, we are looking for a seasoned Program Design Manager to bring their energy, enthusiasm & drive to become an integral part of our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual with a strong desire to succeed to manage the design, delivery, optimisation and operation of our Group’s Loyalty program and its benefits. Leading a small team of two reports and partnering with the broader internal & external teams your primary focus will be to manage and optimise our Loyalty program construct to build member relationships and engagement ultimately resulting in increased visitation, brand reputation and delivery of thrilling customer experiences.
You will have autonomy to assist with the development and management of the department’s budget and in turn see the results of your success. Seeking an individual who can become a true business partner and strongly influence across a diverse stakeholder group as well as establishing and managing relationships with third party vendors.
Key responsibilities but not limited to;
• Lead market testing and innovation to optimise loyalty program effectiveness and return on investment
• Manage the implementation of the loyalty program benefits; consistently deliver high-quality execution of member-facing benefits and experience in utilising the loyalty program
• Leverage opportunities to improve the member value proposition. Prioritise features and functionality with product management and technology to deliver business value and increased member satisfaction
• Own special projects by identifying a clear approach, communicating project objectives and expected outcomes, and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain exemplary knowledge of the target customer, property marketing and loyalty marketplace trends
Capabilities you will bring
This position will require you to have at least 5 years proven experience across multiple facets of Loyalty and/ or Marketing (including direct marketing, online and offline media and brand marketing). Ideally 3 years of managing multi-million dollar budgets and demonstrated success in setting marketing goals and leading cross functional groups through concept development and execution. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising is preferred along with a deep understanding of loyalty retention marketing, events & PR. Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong analytical and problem solving skills will be required for this role.
Searching for a professional that has strong stakeholder management skills and is comfortable with autonomy, is deadline driven, excels in presentation and versatile communications and can successfully partner with all relevant stakeholders including technology teams to enable customer experiences.
